The hotel is like an apartment, with no noticeable sign board outside, so it took 30 mins for me to locate this place which is situated between the doors of 2 eateries - Hackney Garden and Scoffs Grill. The room is a matchbox, but it was tidy and it would suffice someone who comes back to crash. It had a room heater that worked. Shared kitchen and shared toilet were not an inconvenience. The main issue was, you need 3 passcodes to reach your room and the hotel management did not bother to send them. And 訂房網站 also did not bother to mail me the direct number and direct email ID of the hotel management. So it was a stressful moments to locate the number of hotel management and get those access codes to enter the apartment. That I see as poor service, both on the part of 訂房網站.com and thenhotel management
